Pros

the only pro is i left that place without being sectioned.

Cons

Where do i start. The major con is that it’s cliquey. A team member made a homophobic joke to get a cheap laugh whilst no one around did anything because they found it funny. No training plan. Never have i cried in the bathroom of a job because of the sheer disrespect of the staff but this became a regular occurrence in my tenure here. It seems the staff didn’t like anyone who was different to them so i was instantly singled out. My boss tried to tell me i was paid to do a senior role but it was the lowest i had ever been paid in my career and it was not an entry level position…

Pros

Social team, staff events regularly, nice office environment

Cons

This is a call centre job disguised as customer service. I was hired pretty quickly, then realised this job wasn’t what I had signed up for at all. Typical day would be sat on calls for 7.5 hours a day, with policies that had no interest in actually helping the customers. Most customers were rude and unhappy by the service and we often had no visibility on the issues or had any way of fixing them so we would just take all the aggression and have to wait for someone else to resolve it. Management team are good but have little to do with CSEs, and it did often feel cliquey. Would not recommend this job to anyone.
