Pros

Very strong team with a strong drive. The company has a real shot of becoming huge, and a clear path forward with great leadership. The market we're evolving in is one of the most fast and exciting that's ever been, and Dust is at the forefront of it.

Cons

The culture can be surprising for some. You need to battle hard to get your ideas through, so you need some armor to be able to push things you really want to happen

Pros

The recruiting process was clear, fast, and very well organized, with a case study that gets you hands-on right away. It’s a great way to understand real use cases and the mission you would be working on. You quickly get a sense of a team that cares about strong workflows, the right tools, and a culture of execution. The product, Dust, is genuinely exciting. The vision of building reliable AI agents that augment people’s work and unlock productivity across many domains feels both practical and ambitious.

Cons

None from the recruiting experience.

Pros

Awesome product Awesome people You get to work with some of the world's most cutting edge AI technology and actually use it day-to-day for your own work. Literally shaping the future of work. Great incentive packages, a lot of space for creative thinking and experimentation. All team members are expected to "edit the company" and thus be active contributors to shaping the company, it's product and it's culture. Dust has made the bold choice of having a "horizontal" type structure where decision making is mostly quite organic and driven by peer to peer trust

Cons

Not for the faint of heart or those seeking to be told what to do (horizontal structure). Initiative and self reliance is a key factor to success here. Super easy to get imposture syndrom due to the super high talent density. All information is shared in written form so can be quite overwhelming at first. (our slack channel is insane) People are quite senior here too so can be daunting for younger profiles but what a learning experience if you can make it through the door. Work load is intense, use agents to help you out !
