Pros

- I'm having a direct impact on the business. Makes me want to work as much as I can for fun. - There's stress of the good one. Healthy stress. Does not get to the distress level. - The CEO is so down-to-earth. She's practical and realistic. Fair, chill, and a hustler. - Everyone gets along. - The company will change things drastically in the industry. - At this point, you can get involved in many areas at a time. If you want to. - We have a dog wandering at the office.

Cons

Not even a Karen would complain.

Making a Difference: It feels good to know that what you're working on actually makes construction safer and more efficient. 5. Flexibility: Depending on your role, there's often flexibility with your hours and sometimes remote work options. 6. Supportive Environment: Dusty cares about your growth. They encourage learning and provide opportunities for further education. 7. Exciting Projects: The projects are unique and groundbreaking. Cons

1. Fast-Paced: Things move quickly here. It can be a bit intense at times, but if you like a fast-paced environment, it’s a good fit. 2. Limited Resources: Because we’re growing, sometimes there aren’t enough resources to go around. It can make getting things done a bit challenging. 3. Shifting Priorities: Projects can change direction quickly. You’ve got to be adaptable and ready for change. 4. Work-Life Balance: There are times, especially during big projects, when work can spill into personal time. It’s a bit of a balancing act. 5. Still Building: We're a relatively new company, so not all processes are set in stone. There’s a bit of figuring things out as we go. 6. Role Clarity: Sometimes roles and responsibilities aren’t super clear as we’re still defining things. You might have to wear a few different hats. 7. High Expectations: The bar is set pretty high here. It can be stressful, but it also pushes you to do your best work.
