      Pros

      I was impressed by the hiring process (a group interview. They were very nice and I felt comfortable asking questions and chit chatting with the hiring team) The in-person training was fun as well, I recommend memorizing as much as you can before you go in cause that will help you alot. At your store you'll be trained for about a week and a half by a shift lead and theyre pretty fun. I had to leave somewhat suddenly about five months in and everyone was very understanding.

      Cons

      It can be hard to switch from training mode to regular employee as the vibe goes from helping you to expecting you to know how to do everything. But give it at least two weeks if not four to get into the swing of things. There can be favoritism from management. But if you know your stuff you'll do just fine.

      I loved my experience working at Dutch bros. It was fast paced and I truly enjoyed my coworkers

      They really engrave the point of talking to people constantly. It can be exhausting and stressful

      The other people at the stand

      Cons

      8.25 an hour. Slave labor. Expected to go out in inhumane conditions. Expected to love your slaves wages. Expected to do more than can physically be done. Expected to both hold people at the window and talk for extended periods of time while also getting their orders done in a fast food pace. Constantly understaffed, where management would then blame corporate for the hours. Would not let a single person go over 30 hours, as they would need to give people benefits then.
