Pros
People are super friendly and welcoming. There are many talented people working here who really want to make an impact with their work. Employees easily get new challenges and opportunities to learn new things. It's quite common that even a junior person can get a lot of responsibility. Many basic processes work extremely well and efficiently. Very data-orientated company.
Cons
Sometimes the company focuses too much on data and weekly company meetings are spent on analysing data from every function. Not the most family-friendly company, many "after-work-hours" events. But the only really big con is that the salaries are low, and people are not compensated for exceptional performance, going the extra mile, or taking on new responsibilities.
