Work from home is probably the only perk

Poor pay Have made several people redundant in the UK so they can pay people even less in South Africa. Worst thing is they are getting them to train the South African Team just so they can pay people less. This company do not care about people. Where is the corporate social responsibility with this company? They go around the globe and buy several companies only to make hundreds of people redundant out of a job in this horrible cost of living crisis and removing jobs out of the UK economy. Do not care about people. CEO is out of touch with reality using words like 'act like owners' and stop 'having mindsets like victims'. This is insanity to me, if you want people to 'act like owners' why do you not compensate people 'like an owner'????? Instead of a 'bonus' for colleague appreciation day everyone received 10CAD which is about £5 - not sure what £5 will get anyone in this economy???? They built the whole thing up and everyone was expecting something more than that. I would of rather of received nothing as it shows how we are not valued in this company. HR and the replies to comments say they are just trying to 'centralise everything' - no what you are doing is paying people even less and globalising everything to a country which has a smaller minimum wage than the UK & Canada & Australia just purely for GREED. We see you, we see what you are doing and we are not stupid.
