Dye & Durham Response
1yThank you for your feedback. We’re concerned you are not having a positive experience at Dye & Durham and encourage you to speak to your manager or a member of the leadership team to discuss your feedback further. As you know, the business is evolving with an ambitious growth plan. This involves regularly assessing performance, processes and the overall organisational structure to ensure we are taking care of our people and our customers. With this comes some tough decisions that can result in restructuring teams, but that is always a last resort as we do our best to move staff around to different teams with the hope of keeping them within the company. In addition, we actively encourage employees to review our job openings and apply for positions they are interested in.
We understand that business decisions may not always be understood and we appreciate that can be unsettling for our employees. We also believe that working together in office fosters a stronger sense of community, strengthens relationships and encourages collaboration across teams.
As a current employee, you would know that we follow a standard, cyclical approach to salary increases, which is rooted in performance. Our current merit process is still underway and while delayed, salaries are assessed individually each year to ensure we pay employees fairly based on their contributions to the business. If you have any questions or concerns, it’s important to connect with your manager, HR or a member of the leadership team so a positive solution can be reached.
