1yThank you for your feedback. We disappointed to learn that your experience at Dye & Durham hasn’t been positive. We appreciate that restructures can be unsettling for our employees, but hope that you understand that these business decisions are complex and are ultimately to improve the way we do business.
We believe our staff are the best in the business. We have exceptional employees, and they are a major contributor to our success. Plus, we follow a rigorous skills and values-based recruitment process when we are looking to hire external talent and only chose individuals who have been assessed against the core competencies of the role and the company DNA. In fact, our recent engagement survey shows a positive weighting to all questions relating to the connection our employees have with their managers --this is an area that we are very proud of!
