Pros
Good benefits, work hours, nice people to work with (not all of them). If they like you, they will give you an opportunity, specially if you are just starting.
Cons
Salary could be better. Employment recognition is almost nothing (even when you work short staffed with incomprehensive patients complaining on your ears regarding the wait time). You will give your best all year along, but in the end it's never enough for them.
