Pros
Good pay; benefits are decent. Opportunities for movement within company and throughout Paccar are very good. Seek employment opportunities at other Paccar divisions, but not at Dynacraft.
Cons
Leadership individuals demand respectful, professional behavior from others (important!) but they do not reciprocate resulting in a toxic culture. There has been a lot of turnover in the last 5 years. Very little supervisory training is provided, especially for newbies. Incumbent supervisors need training as well! There have been 4 layoffs (mostly plant employees) in the last 4 years.
