However, I must commend the significant improvements the company has made over the past 2-3 years. There has been a noticeable shift and focus on a more positive work environment making a difference in employee satisfaction.
Moreover, the company has invested in professional development opportunities and training programs, which have had significant improvements in employee retention. The focus they are putting in is visible and great to see for any future employee.

While there are still areas for improvement (there always is) the overall progress is commendable. The direction is positive.
