the new management is making it really hard to work there, they have no respect for the minimum wage staff who are the main customer-facing staff. they keep making very questionable changes to people's contracts without having a proper justification for it. all minimum wage members of staff are on 0-hour contracts so there are never any guaranteed shifts from the staff, but there is an expectation from the managers that if you have been put down for a shift you have to do it for fear of not getting enough shifts in the future. wouldn't recommend working here.
