      + Good Work-Life Balance + Interesting people from all over the world + Decent entry-level pay + Offer 100% remote work + Not a lot of micro-management

      Cons

      - They do play favorites (staff get away with downright unprofessional behavior because CEOs allow it) - No pay rise, ever - You have to make a case to get an idea approved
