Home health aide position - Anonymous employee Dynamic Home Health Services Employee Review

I love working with Dynamic Home Health as a visiting RN. I have a lot of resources and support out in the field. Staffing is outstanding and tries to give you patients in your area. Dynamic feels like a family and I am happy to be employed with this great company.

The only cons are the inconsistent work load that happens in every home health agency. A challenge of a home health nurse is being able to be flexible.

Small buisness, maybe 75 patients total.

Owner "acts" in a administrative capacity, however, she is very unprofessional in the hiring process. I felt discrimination towards me during the interview. Lots of behind your back talking in the office setting. Owner keeps her office door closed at all times, doesn't want to be bothered with questions. Would not recommend this Company to any real professionals or patients.
