Pay is horrible when you start factoring in…minimum wage training pay, independent fuel expense while hauling Midline + PICC kits and US machine. Averaged 3300 miles monthly from my wallet. Scheduled 3x 12 hr shift…TOGETHER BACK TO BACK. Census will Ebb and flow so will your pay. Upper management, business development is all a joke. Rather than establishing new clients they only care to buy out their competition and “merge”. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. They want you to be their slave.
