Where do I start No training!! You must work 43hours a week Your goal goes up every month making it harder to achieve your monthly goal. Makes it easier for them to pay you less commission that way! Commission are paid based of company profits not what you sale! Special treatment for the older reps! Owners Steve & Dave look at their new reps as a number. And lie about the potential you can earn. I’m convinced they use there new reps to get new customers(accounts) to Later on fire you and give to the older reps!

Unfortunately this employee was terminated for cause and has chosen to fabricate an inaccurate company review. It's unfortunate that Glassdoor allows disgruntled former employees a platform to slander a successful small business.
