Agreed: DRG is small and small minded - Anonymous employee Dynamic Resource Group Employee Review

I've seen many people get promoted at DRG. The common denominator is that they are willing to work hard, have a positive attitude, are reliable in getting their job done and have a somewhat thick skin. DRG is family-friendly.

Don't expect to be coddled and don't be thin-skinned. At times the feedback from management is a little harsh but I think many take it too personally. The more skilled and flexible one is, the more likely they are to have a satisfying career with DRG.

The benefits a decent for the area. Most fellow employees are fun to be around. Working with crafty people and publications can be fun.

The culture in this place is toxic beyond belief. I agree with other reviews that certain members of top management should be gone yesterday. Shouting, cussing and screaming at your employees is beyond unprofessional. When management says "everyone is replaceable"...that should speak volumes of how this place is run. They don't give a crap about anyone. It is sad to see this company going deeper and deeper into a hole every year. The compensation is terrible...I haven't seen a raise in 4-5 YEARS despite great reviews. They continue to bring on new hires with no raises for existing employees. There are too many bad things to say about a company I USED to actually be proud to work for.
