Efforts often went unrewarded - no KPI system in place for bonus, paying from my own funds and using my own holiday time to self study for personal development went completely unrewarded which was the main reason I had to leave Unable to take full responsibility for my department which resulted in me spending many unnecessary extra hours in the office
