Pros
I have been working in Dynamic for a few years now and I am very happy with the company and its welcoming community. It is a high paced environment with great opportunities for developing as a professional and progressing if only you are willing to pull your weight. People who joint the company thinking they can just do bare minimum and have other people pick up their slack, won’t last long. Because teams are small, everyone needs to do their share, but we all also support each other, and no one is ever left hanging. Work can be hard and demanding, but it is never boring, and great teamwork makes it all so much easier. We also frequently enjoy company parties, lunches and trips. There aren’t many companies who take their entire staff to another country (Portugal, Spain…) for a few days, just so we can all have some fun, celebrate important milestones and socialise. So all things considering, Dynamic is a great place to be.

The workload can sometimes be overwhelming. And sometimes projects demand working outside office hours which can be exhausting,
