      Pros

      Interesting work ranging from telescopes to people moving rides. The technical challenge of creating large structures to move people safely was the best thing about working there.

      Cons

      Mismanagement of resources, inadequate funding, working in silos and tossing problems over the fence to other departments was everyday business there. The place needs a big change in culture and it could turn around.

      Interesting projects has had good management in the past

      Cons

      New management don’t grasp the industry or production. They don’t take care of or pay attention to long term employees. Very reactive to situations and never proactive
