Pros
I love that I am able to work closely with the upper management and internal stakeholders on a daily basis. It is a super friendly team environment and a very young/fresh company. The firm is located in the heart of Manhattan and the company has a very good work life balance. Work hard, maintain good relationships and your everyday work life will be very enjoyable.
Cons
Sometimes the trains downstairs from the building (M&E) get super crowded during rush hour. The platform is literally insane, but its NYC; it's expected.
