Pros
The company has a very good work culture, which promotes collaboration and respect among colleagues. Work-life balance is well maintained compared to many other organizations in the industry. The higher authorities are approachable, understanding, and open to listening to employees’ concerns. My manager was extremely supportive, empathetic, and always understood situations before making decisions. This helped create a productive as well as stress-free work environment. The CTO sir is highly supportive, encouraging innovation and motivating employees to perform better.
Cons
Some employees tend to take the company for granted due to long tenure and lack of accountability, which affects productivity. There is a need for stronger emphasis on upskilling and learning new, in-demand technologies to align with the current IT landscape. Properly trained and technically strong Team Leads are not always available as per the requirements of different projects, which creates gaps in project execution. Communication between higher management and employees sometimes has delays or gaps, which can be improved through more regular and transparent interaction.
