- A lot of hours - A lot of traveling - Site working conditions can be challenging sometimes (heat, cold, dirty etc.) - Can be physically demanding - Not much training and developing other than on-site experience

Great Pay, company parties and gifts and (unpaid) time off at Christmas. Good coworkers and seems the bad ones were shown the door. Understanding management.

Very poor work life balance. if you are unavailable to work OT some jobs, you will be looked down upon. Would see sexism displayed if you were female from other coworkers. Lots of last minute job and schedule changes, always under a lot of pressure and stress for low bid jobs.
