i. Highly energized workplace filled with people who are passionate about doing a good job. ii. Genuine, straightforward, honest and "No-BS" leader. iii. Management does put staff's best interest in the first place. iv. Inclusive, multi-cultural working environment free of dramas and office politics. v. Management respecting staff's efforts, and understanding their limitations while constantly encouraging their growth within the organization. vi. A way-ahead market leader in the industry. Which is in terms of market share, reputation and athletes' performance. This results in a good prospect and room for growth to staff.

i. Might not be the best place to look for 9-to-5 work. ii. Those who want the simplest stress-free work with room for slacking would also find it hard to settle in.
