Pros
Getting to work hands-on with patients and having the opportunity to impact their health in a positive way.
Cons
Legal issues galore---huge Medicare fraud lawsuit that created a lot of financial instability. Company does not pay expenses on-time, frequently will delay by days sometimes weeks. Leadership is non-existent, managers are lazy and don't invest in consultants in their territory. Salaries are laughable especially within the context of the medical device industry. This company thinks that they are well positioned when in fact due to their instability (huge layoff in 2013) and their reputation, accounts don't trust them. Their sales expectations are inflated based upon a sales climate that existed before they were caught for highly unethical business practices.
