Very much a family feeling in the company from the higher management on down. Long tenured employees and a great core environment.

The business is struggling but the management is doing everything they can to get us back on track.

None. All of the good people have been or are slowly being let go to save money.

Layoffs every few months for years. Laying off people who were just hired - why are you even hiring them in the first place? Everyone has a target on their back. Incompetent buddies of the leadership team allowed to keep jobs while talented people lose theirs. Truly dumb middle managers poorly executing the will of short sighted upper level managers. It's a joke. For the love of all things good, Do. Not. Take. A. Job. Here. If you are currently working here GET OUT. Your days are numbered. The red flags are very visible
