      Pros

      In the role I’m in now. great people, a lot of support, knowledge building, flexible with time for me and my family, 2 days in the office a month. All the equipment I need. Bonuses, bonding days, relaxed environment most of the time.

      Cons

      Managers are expected to be everything for everyone. Pay could be higher or remove some of the aspects. LAs have a fraction of the of responsibility of a manager and not far behind in wage.
