Poor management and products - Sales Manager Dywidag Employee Review

-Very disorganized, poor communication and no career prospects, despite being told there was at the interview. - Old products that have not been developed for many years - Too many people in senior management - Too much change, 2 new MD's, a new CEO and all experienced have left the company - Too much focus on the smart anchor and not enough on updating and producing new products - I would stay clear of the company as culture is very toxic and it is every man for himself. -The products are sub-standard and not fit for market as out of date, too big and no product development taken place.
