      School life is hectic but I've not been to a school where that isn't the case.

      Pros

      Very few anymore! Plenty of travel to lots of conferences on x's, does that count?

      Cons

      Toxic environment, feeling of being scrutinised, widespread reports of bullying, tick box culture, all talk and no delivery, clearly a leadership in severe trouble that do NOT put students and staff first
