Pros
Comfortable office and friendly colleagues. Fresh graduate and master students can easily get the jobs, can gain experience but if too stressful, just take a break.
Cons
Pending job offer letter (you have to beg for it for months), usually superiors will drag your probation until 6 months without concrete reasons. Probationers don’t entitle OT though they have to be prepared 24 hours. Your jobscopes will be confusing, read carefully your offer letter before signing it. No matter how good you are, you are never ever be good enough for this company. Superiors will tell you “if no stress, then no motivation” to make you work harder by paying you less.
