Regarding any commission not payable to you, as per our original company policy, which has been in place since incorporation, this will only ever be the case if you are serving notice with us at the time any bonus is due to be paid. As in most/all companies, bonus is paid as an extra incentive for current staff members to reward their continued performance within the company, however to receive this, the member of staff must currently be working at the company. Unfortunately, as this has always been presented to all employees during their on-boarding process with E-Mobility, we must honour our processes, which our team pride ourselves on.
