Pros

Paid ok to say it was just a customer service role. Cafe was pretty good as well at Phoenix Park

Cons

Terrible conversations with customers - customers love bashing the energy firms. Resource planning was terrible - constantly had queues of 200+ customers waiting

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
