Pros

To say that all you do is read the same script to clients over and over again, the pay is not bad if you manage to progress through the pay grades. Yearly bonus scheme.

Cons

Have to wait over a year for a permanent contract. Management aren't interested in developing anyone. Ridiculous working hours. You can apply for other jobs within the business but unless you know the hiring managers for those jobs, you won't be given an interview. Within every team, there has to be at least one person who is rated as "bad" at their job & does not receive the yearly bonus. This happens even if the whole team is performing well.

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
