      2% of the management are there for the right reasons. The rest are all trying to scramble up that greasy pole

      Cons

      Bullying (from managers), blatent disregard from management to health and safety and business practices. Anything to get the meters on the wall

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
