      Great people and certainly scope for progression.

      Cons

      Management is not the greatest. Most of the time, it felt as if I were in school, if I’m going to be totally transparent.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
