Location of Westwood/Greenwood site Good Pay Friendly teams Staff members are always helpful Canteen

Cons

Some teams are treated more favourably than others The competency ladder is not a measure of how well you are able to do your job but rather, how well you are able to detail how great you are on paper Micro management - employees constantly have to record everything that they are doing Employees are constantly threatened with being placed on performance plans Bullying Germany have no clue to what is going on over here in the UK. Do not care for mental well-being Favouritism! No equality opportunities f you stand up for yourselves they will find ways to wear you down!

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
