      Pros

      Great place to work if you like being part of a team, good pay, employee benefits and holiday allowance.

      Cons

      Constant change and restructuring. Lots of development opportunities but hard to get a promotion within your own work area. It's all about how you perform in an interview rather than how you work on a day to day basis. Interviews are far too structured, long and challenging for internal promotions.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
