      Processes can be quite bureaucratic, tough times in energy industry currently and resources have shrunk in recent years so workloads can be quite heavy at times

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
