      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, office location and facilities

      Cons

      Inflexible, do not know how to look after and support staff (particularly working parents), HR and talent part of the organisation are solely focused on covering up management's incompetencies and promoting those who play the political game. Such a shame, it used to be a great company.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
