Its a multi-national so there is opportunity to work with colleagues from abroad and also diverse cultures. Generally, experienced and motivated staff. Company provided good benefits and has excellent safety culture. Good training and development.
Cons
Very large company and therefore sometimes slow with decision-making. Scaling back of benefits.
