      Pros

      Paid on time, very diverse.

      Cons

      Mostly moved to E.ON next, however senior management couldn't organise a session in a brewery. Customer facing staff were to reapply for their jobs when the change was going ahead. Lost a lot of experienced people which is having a knock on effect for E.ON next. Can't comment on E.ON next but from talking to people that moved over it seems like a Billy Smart reunion.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
