      9-5 Monday to Friday, easy to balance work and personal life

      Cons

      Have to jump through so many hoops to get a pay rise, progression is not clear and is stagnant. Sold the job as if it is not performance/numbers driven - don’t let this fool you as it most certainly is.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
