      Pros

      The Romanian people I worked with were great, so was the structure and benefits. Very helpful and nice HR people.

      Cons

      The German branch, which was technically our client, was a bit of a mess. There was a lot of instability for the people there and it reflected in the way we were assigned to projects or treated.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
