I have the impression that E.ON does a lot to promote the personal and professional development of its employees. I myself can talk openly with my manager about development and measures and am supported in this regard. What kind of individual development do you miss? It would be helpful to learn more about this.
I share your meeting frustration. If a meeting doesn't seem helpful to me, I openly ask if other channels might be a better fit (away from "another meeting that could have been an email"). If my input is not needed in meetings, I also withdraw. I think that's perfectly legitimate and important to give myself space. In my experience, it also inspires those who share the same frustration. I'm sure you're not the only one who is bothered by this :)
