E.ON's management exhibits narcissistic tendencies - Anonymous employee E.ON Employee Review

Several management employees at E.ON in Malmö have been described as unhelpful, misusing their power, and engaging in workplace toxicity. Reports suggest a culture of backstabbing, blame-shifting, and a lack of accountability when issues arise, with problems often being ignored rather than addressed. Employees have also experienced silent treatment and the spread of false information within the company, creating an unsafe and unsupportive work environment. Leadership appears to back these behaviors rather than taking action. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend working under the leadership of Johan Andersson, Valentin Malm, Robin Bergman, and Jonas Kleverskär.
