- flexibility - independence in decision making - good atmosphere

Cons

- agents are expected to provide an end-to-end service and know each and every aspect of handling a customer (incl. managing complaints and sales) - there is no clear guidance where to search for help if the agent is stuck - lots of politics involved - little to no prospects of promotion, unclear rules regarding promotion
