Pros
Amazing flexibility and work-life balance. I mainly work from home. Friendly culture and lots of opportunities to get together for team socials. Not too much red tape and moves relatively agile for a large company. Flat structure is widely practiced meaning everyone’s views are valued.
Cons
Head office is Nottingham, so anyone outside of the customer service operation will need to travel there every so often and you won’t have much of a team presence outside of Nottingham (with the exception of Marketing who are all London based)
