      It was the worst onboarding experience I have ever had in my life. The management sucks and its a toxic work environment. There is no training at all. Even for organizational processes. They don't provide any health care for the first 45 days of employment and they can fire you for absolutely no reason within the first 90 days. Don't waste your time.

      Pros

      Good jobs usually long jobs so that's good.

      Cons

      Killed it all day for 10 years and was told of he let go if I didnt go to a certain job when they were bringing other guys to the job I was on. Management is scared for their jobs I'm mot.
