Pros

1.Great opportunity to learn a lot in Turism and ecommerce industry 2.Never get bored 3.CS Department is ideal for pearson who likes communication with people (especially from different cultures)

Cons

1.Only "friends" of director/managers are promoted for new positions (independently from their skills and experience) 2.Very bad organisation of operational process// this creates actually much workload 3.Some managers do not speak English fluently 4.Management team often selects quick and unprofessional solutions to fix problems (for example a director asked employees to leave fake positive feedbacks as "clients" in trustpilot)
