      7 days a week work schedule. No time for family life. No room to move up unless you are in the right position.

      -Great safety program -learning/advancement opportunities -competitive pay compared to shops in the area

      Cons

      -non-union -understaffed support departments, including tool room -lack of supplies/tooling to effectively work -frequent scheduling errors which lead to mandatory overtime -not much new work coming in
